- Deployment Frequency: How often your team successfully releases to production.
- Lead Time for Changes: The time it takes for a code commit to reach production.
- Change Failure Rate: The percentage of deployments causing a failure in production.
- Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR): How quickly your team can restore service after a production incident.
