This page describes how Port manages organizations across different plan types.
Free organization inactivity policy
To keep the platform running efficiently for active users, Free organizations that have had no user sign-in for 3 months are automatically blocked.
Your data is not deleted while an organization is blocked, but integrations, automations, and aggregation properties are disabled, along with API access. Other capabilities may also be affected. A red banner appears at the top of your portal that reads: This organization has been disabled. Please contact support to re-activate.
If the organization remains inactive and no user signs in by the 5-month mark (measured from the last sign-in), the organization and all of its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Once a Free organization is deleted due to inactivity, its data cannot be restored. Sign in periodically to keep your organization active.
This policy only applies to Free organizations. Paid plans are not subject to automatic blocking or deletion due to inactivity.
