Check out Port for yourself ➜

Platform administration

Platform administration covers the organization-wide settings behind your Port account: who can sign in, how they are provisioned, what credentials Port holds, and what record is kept of everything that happens.

These settings apply across every other pillar. The identities you define here are the ones governance scopes, the ones workflows check before a run, and the ones recorded when an AI agent acts on someone's behalf.

Users and teams

  • Manage users & teams - invite users, assign roles, and organize people into teams. Teams are also catalog entities, so they can own services and participate in relations.
  • User membership reference - review how membership, roles, and team assignment interact.
  • View as a different user - check what another user sees before you roll out a permission change.

Authentication and provisioning

  • SSO providers - connect Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, OneLogin, or any SAML, OIDC, or LDAP provider.
  • Manage your SSO connection - set up and maintain the connection yourself.
  • SCIM - provision and deprovision users automatically from your identity provider.
  • Manage your OAuth apps - control the OAuth applications that hold access to your organization.

Credentials and secrets

Credentials & secrets stores the tokens and keys your integrations and workflows need, so a secret is referenced rather than pasted into a workflow definition.

Visibility and accountability

  • Audit log - a complete record of changes to entities, blueprints, actions, automations, and integrations, including runs triggered by AI agents.
  • Portal usage dashboard - track user activity, entity counts, action executions, integration usage, and AI interactions.
  • Security & compliance - review Port's SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 posture, GDPR compliance, encryption, and infrastructure security.
