Custom widgets
In the widget picker, Custom is the category for widgets that go beyond data visualization: run plugins, embed external content, trigger workflows and actions, show markdown, chat with an AI agent, or surface quick links.
The picker category is named Custom. One of the widget types inside that category is also named Custom - that type displays a plugin you uploaded to your organization. See Custom widget.

Widget type identifiers (Terraform)
When creating widgets using Port's Terraform provider, provide the widget type identifier in the type key:
