Check out Port for yourself ➜

Invite your team

Port is most valuable when your whole team can trigger workflows, view dashboards, and interact with the shared catalog.

The initial account setup includes a step to invite teammates before you connect your Git provider and craft your first prompt. If you skipped that step, or want to invite additional colleagues, follow the steps below.

Invite members

To invite users to Port:

  1. Go to the Port Users & Teams page in Port.
  2. Click + Invite User.
  3. Enter the user's email address.
  4. Select a role.
  5. Optionally, assign the user to a Port team.
  6. Click Invite.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to sign in to Port.

Access management

Port supports the following access management capabilities:

  • Roles and permissions - assign roles to control what each user can access and perform in Port.
  • Team management - organize users into teams to manage ownership and visibility of catalog assets.
  • SSO integration - connect your identity provider so users can sign in with their existing credentials.

Next step

Proceed to create your first agentic workflow.
