Get all scorecard groups and related scorecards

GET 
/v1/scorecard-groups

This route fetches all scorecard groups and their related scorecards in your Port organization. Each group is returned with shared blueprints + rules (and optional per-blueprint filters) when related scorecard rules are identical; otherwise as a per-blueprint scorecards map. Responses may include a properties object with additional _scorecard blueprint properties shared by related scorecards.
